Can I create an account if I’m located outside of the United States?
At this time, you cannot create an account if you are located outside the US. But rest assured, it’s on our roadmap!
What are the rules for referring friends?
When you invite friends to Amberity, they’ll get $5 free credit. $5 credit will be added to your Amberity Account when they make their first purchase. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer and the more you refer, the more you earn. You can find more information in the Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
What are your standard hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST). Chat and email support is available 7 days a week.
What level of support can I expect?
We have a variety of support options available to our customers. Support can be found via FAQs, 24/7 chat & email support. Once we launch, you will have access to the Support Center and we also help every new customer get up and running as fast as possible by coordinating a series of onboarding events and address any initial questions you may have.
How does buying gift cards work?
Purchasing discount gift cards is simple with Amberity. Just browse our inventory, add the cards you wish to buy to your shopping cart and checkout to complete your order for some great savings!
Are there any fees for buying gift cards?
No, there are no fees of any kind associated with buying gift cards.
Is there any sales tax?
No, we don’t charge sales tax. Any applicable taxes will be applied by the merchant when you use your gift card.
How can I pay for my gift cards?
We have a large variety of payment options. You can pay for your gift cards with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, AMEX Express checkout, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and even Bitcoin! For bulk purchases, we offer ACH checking (invoice) as an additional form of payment.
Can I buy gift cards in bulk?
Yes! If you’re buying $5,000+ in cards per month, we’d love to talk to you about our bulk buying program. If you’re interested in bulk buying, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we do not accept international orders. But rest assured, it’s on our roadmap!
How does selling gift cards work?
Selling a gift card with Amberity is easy! Verify the balance on your card prior to listing it following the instructions on the back of the gift card. Choose your selling price and list it for sale. That’s all! We will do a balance and fraud check on your card before it’s approved for listing.
Are there any fees for selling gift cards?
Once your card(s) sell we take a 12% commission from the selling price. We do have special conditions for bulk sellers. If you’re interested in bulk selling, please get in touch at email@example.com.
How do I get paid for selling a gift card?
We currently have three payout options: ACH Direct Deposit, check and PayPal. Once your card(s) sell on our marketplace, the payment is typically issued within 24-48 hours. For new members, there may be some additional processing time or account verification before the payment can be issued.
Can I sell gift cards in bulk?
Yes! If you’re selling $5,000+ in cards per month, we’d love to talk to you about our bulk selling program. You’ll receive lower commission rates, personalized dashboard, access to special bulk selling tools and a dedicated account manager. Do you accept gift cards that expire?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept gift cards with any restrictions. One very common restriction is an expiration date. The good news is most gift cards never expire.
